Information Collected: Sanctity Capital Management and  SafeMoneyMetrics™ are the sole owners of information collected. 

To download free investment guides, monthly articles and advisor rankings users are asked for their first name and e-mail address. 

To subscribe to the NEW monthly article series and advisor rankings, called Always SafeMoney, users are asked for their first name and email address. We reformatted the delivery method and length of articles that were written for the past 42 months.

To be contacted by us, users are asked for their full name, address telephone number, type of account, service they are interested in, how they found us, or name of the actual referring party.

To open an account, an excessive amount of private information is collected. Accounts are only opened via paper documentation. Sanctity Advisory Agreements executed on behalf of each client are part of the required documentation for all clearing firms. Potential clients should inquire about the clearing firms privacy policy. There is no public access to paper documentation.

Future Information Collected: Investment guides, research and risk management services, advisor analysis, CTA-reports and SafeMoneyMetrics™ ratios on a data base of advisors are available through an affiliate program. Under certain circumstances, we use a third party service provider; www.paypal.com. The credit card and other information you provide is protected under their Privacy Statements. After you join the affiliate program, a password and user name is required. 

How We Use Information:  We store information collected through log files and data bases. Information is used to disseminate the information that clients request. We also use feedback to improve services.   

Communication From the Sites: All new subscribers are sent a welcome e-mail to verify their subscription information. 

Newsletter Educational Articles, Ranking and Index updates are sent when requested by subscribers. Anyone can opt-out at any time. A third party service provider is sometimes used. www.aweber.com 

Service Announcements: Service upgrades, new investment guides, anything useful is announced.  

Customer Service: We communicate with users on a regular basis in reference to all services provided by Sanctity and SafeMoneyMetrics™.  

Account Billing: Once a client elects risk, asset management, or trading manager services. Their account is billed monthly or quarterly. Every invoice is electronically sent to the client and Futures Commission Merchant where the client is domiciled. 

Legal Disclaimer: At times, personal information may need to be disclosed when required by law when we have a good-faith "belief" that the action is necessary to comply with a current judicial proceeding, court order or legal process served on our web site.

Third Party Intermediaries: We use a payment and newsletter service provider. These companies do not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any secondary purpose.   

Service Providers: We partner with futures industry services, such as trading advisors, clearing firms and data providers. Under these circumstances, when site users become clients, it is necessary to share names with these people. These people are not allowed to use personally identifiable information except for the purpose of providing our services.  

Opt-Out Services: Anyone can choose to buy a product or subscribe to a service, yet NOT receive our newsletter or other communication. 

Links: Be aware that our sites have links to other sites. We encourage our audience to carefully read the private statement for every site they contact through us. 

Chat Rooms, Message Boards, and Public forums: Whenever you voluntarily disclose personal information online, that information can be collected and used by others and you may receive unsolicited messages.

Security: This web site takes every precaution to protect users information both on and off line. 

Correcting/Updating/Deleting:
When the personal information changes, or someone chooses to no longer use our services, we provide a way to correct, update or delete the information. This is managed at the member information page, when on-line services are activated.    

Notification of Changes: All changes in this statement are posted at our website. Newsletter subscribers are be notified via-email.
